Defective Material

If a product is believed to be defective, the issue must first be verified by the manufacturer (factory of origin) before a return can be authorized.

• The buyer is responsible for freight charges unless the material is confirmed defective by the manufacturer.

• Credit will only be issued after:

  1. The manufacturer has approved the defect claim, and

  2. The product has been returned, received, and inspected.

No credit will be issued until both of these conditions have been satisfied.

Standard Returns (Non-Defective Material)

For returns that are not related to a manufacturer defect:

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

• Material must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

All returns require prior authorization from Saffron Supply Co. before being shipped back.
